At our Queen Street Studio we have a not so secret expert, Carol Pirika, who very deservedly has been named as a finalist for this year's New Zealand Exercise Industry Award of Personal Trainer of the Year.
Nominees are (in Carol's words) put through a 'rigorous, uncomfortable, humbling and nerve-wracking' business and professional analysis. Finalists are then subject to a live judging event at the awards night on 22 November.
It is a great accolade to be named as a finalist and we are very proud that she chooses to share her expertise with us and our members. Congratulations Carol and best of luck for the awards night.
